Are companies doing enough to create a diverse workforce when it comes to bridging the gender gap? What are the challenges faced from both the employers’ and women’s perspectives? Where are the opportunities and what can we do to ensure that gender equality becomes a part of companies’ DNA, and indeed the norm?
Around the world, positive steps are being taken with a view to addressing gender equality. While this takes us in the right direction, we clearly still have a very long way to go. Join us for this discussion…
